I am a UK-based conference and public service interpreter specialising in English ↔ Brazilian Portuguese. I hold a Master’s in Conference Interpreting and Translation Studies (University of Leeds) and the DPSI in Law, and I am registered with the NRPSI and the ITI. My practice combines high-level conference interpreting with extensive experience in legal, institutional and educational settings.
Since 2023, I have interpreted for Crown and Magistrates’ courts, immigration and employment tribunals, and psychological assessments, accumulating 350+ hours in complex criminal and family cases. My conference experience includes the AIAI – Artificial Intelligence, Art and Indigeneity Conference at the University of Leeds (2024), Air Liquide’s European Works Council meeting in Paris (2024), and a UNOPS high-level event during London Climate Action Week (2025) focused on indigenous land rights and climate policy.
I work in simultaneous, consecutive, whispered and RSI formats, both remotely and on-site, and I bring clarity, cultural awareness and professionalism to every assignment.
