Currently, I am a Corporate Services Officer at AVEGA Fund Services S.à r.l. where I specialise in alternative investment finance and company secretarial functions.
My role spans drafting and reviewing legal documentation such as circular resolutions, coordinating corporate calendars, preparing board packs, and organising board meetings with precise minutes in both German and English.
I am a native English and German speaker with fluency in Modern Standard and Levantine Colloquial Arabic. I hold an MA in Arabic/English Translation from the University of Leeds and a BA in German, Arabic and Turkish from the University of Exeter. Moreover, I am a Sworn Translator and Interpreter appointed by the Supreme Court of Justice in Luxembourg (Cour supérieure de justice) and a Member of the Chaterter Institute of Linguists (MCIL).
My previous experience includes working as a Blue Book Trainee at the English languages department of the European Commission’s Directorate-General for Translation. Additionally, I offer specialised translation and proofreading services in legal texts, trade documents, diplomacy materials, medical content, and technical subjects like the automobile industry.
